Buildable Home produces an instant digital property potential and feasibility report based on the information you provide and general planning guidance. It helps UK homeowners explore what they might improve or build, compare likely trade-offs and understand what to verify before appointing professionals.
Payment and delivery
Buildable Home reports are sold for a one-off fee of £29 per report. Reports are generated immediately on payment and are read on this website. You can print or save your report as a PDF at any time from your report page. Reports are not emailed. Because the report is made available instantly, you agree to immediate provision and waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right at the point of purchase.
Acceptable use
Please only request reports for properties you own or are seriously considering buying or improving. Do not upload imagery you do not have permission to share.
No professional relationship
Buying a Buildable Home report does not create a professional client relationship between you and any chartered architect, surveyor, planning consultant, structural engineer or solicitor. See our Disclaimer for the scope of the report.
Liability
